Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation on your part:
- full refund(*) if cancellation occurs more than 5 days before arrival
- 50%(*) refund of overnight stays if cancellation occurs between 5 days and 2 days before arrival
- no refund of overnight stays if cancellation occurs less than 2 days before arrival
The cleaning fee of €50 (*) will be refunded to you in all cases.
(*) Less 1.5% bank charges charged to me by the payment provider.
In the event of cancellation on our part (this has never happened), you will either be fully refunded or we will find you an alternative solution, whichever you prefer.
